Car won’t start

Post by 86mmB »

I have a s300 v3 in a p72 and the car won’t start. I have a b series motor in a 94 Civic hatch. When I first put the basemap on the s300 car started and ran fine, no cels. Drove the car to the dyno for a tune, again car ran fine no cels or problems at all. Got the car on the dyno started doing part throttle base pulls and get the low cam profiles all set. Went to start the high cam and vtec pulls the car just turn of after a final low cam pull. Tried to fire back up, COP won’t sync, power and ign lights can on, but not ign obviously. My buddy’s car is also on v3 with COP on it. Put his COP box on, same problem. Took his v3 and put my map on it, car started right up and ran fine. Took board out of his ecu and put it in my ecu(to make sure ecu wasn’t the problem) car fired right up and ran. Put my board in his ecu and the car wouldn’t start. Trouble shot everything, wiring, cop box and everything ignition related, all passed with flying colors. My board is BRAND NEW, it literally has 2 1/2 hours of use and 40 miles of drive time on it. What can be done about this??? Please help.
