No data from S300 when plugged in.

just went and tried it again, I might have clicked something accidentally because all it gave me this time was a file search and there were no files listed

Completely close the program, reopen it and only go to the online menu and try to download the calibration.

This is all I see when I go into the "online" and click "download"

You are not clicking on download from the online menu. Please click on the Online at the top of the screen and then in that drop down click on download.

I click online, the drop down pops up and I click download. A small box appears asking if I want to save changes to the calibration, I click no right?

Completely close the program, reopen the program. You should no have no calibration open in the software. Go to the online menu and click on download. This will download the calibration from the s300 and if you click on the tables button at the top you should see a ignition or fuel table. It will not prompt you to save anything at this point. Please tell me if it allows you to do this.

yes, I finally figured out how to close everything and yes, when I do as you instructed I am able to bring up the table which I think was fuel.

now save that calibration from the file menu and try uploading to the ECU to see if this resolves all your problems.

ok saved it and then I'm assuming you meant upload from the "online" button but the upload button was not highlighted

ok I solved issues, the surging I was experiencing and the CEL have both went away. I had to re-seat the S300 on the pins.
I haven't checked yet to see if it connects to Smanager but two major issues are gone. I supposed if I have further issues I'll
make a different thread for them.

Alright so I am having an issue which may or may not be related to S300 after getting the other symptoms taken care of. Do I post it in here or make a new thread and if a new thread is needed which section would be most appropriate?
