FlashPro Manager not working on windows 10

Hi, recently the hondata flashpro manager has just stop working on my computer. The program won't start, i tried to reinstall but not sucessfull to solve the problem. I have some friends with this same problem. Are you guys already aware of this problem?
i'm using Windows 10 x64 bits version with version V2.7.4 of the Flash pro manager, the program stopped opening suddenly. Even with compatibility mode on, the program doesn't start.

I always use the same antivirus program (PANDA ANTIVIRUS PRO) and never had this problem... it's a new thing... even if i turn off the antivirus i can't open the program. When i try to open the flashpro manager there is no message display to me, the program just don't reply.

After you switch off the anti virus then you must reinstall FlashProManager. Be aware that disabling some anti virus software does not seem to do anything (also the built-in W10 antivirus will outperform Panda too.)

I have uninstalled the Antivirus and flashpro, restart the pc, and delete manually any left folders of the the antivirus and flashpro, restart the pc and reinstall flashpro manager but unsucessfully. The program just don't respond...
it's very strange because i already told you the program use to work just fine, even with the antivirus, and suddenly stops opening. Now i'm using windows defender but the problem still persists...

Have you tried running it in safe mode? if it runs fine there than it's something preventing it from starting up in normal boot

2.7.4 runs fine on my win10 x64

Hi, i have this same problem, tried everything possible too, guess it can be some problem with windows registry entry maybe

It may be Data Execution Protection which is part of windows:

Ok, the good news is that trying to open the program in safe mode of windows it worked!
Disabling Data Execution Protection didn't work. The program still don't open.
I'm now using windows defender and have the data execution protection disabled, what else could be?

With version 2.7.6 it opened now! =D

I have the same problem with win7 64 bits.
I have formated my computer twice tryng to solve the problem, also I´ve tried to install it in another computer with no success. It worked for a week and then stopped again. The software doesn´t open.
All the steps suggested by Hondata I´ve followed already and it still doesn´t work.
