Hondata policy on used KPros or reflashed ECUs?

I frequently see posts on other forums where someone is about to sell their Acura RSX and is "parting out" their performance upgrades.

Does Hondata have a policy on this when a KPro or Hondata reflashed ECU is resold?

Can someone who purchases a used Hondata reflashed ECU get the upgrade price on a KPro?

If you purchase an ECU with a reflash you are entitled to upgrade pricing.
