Flashpro manager glitch 6/1/17

Hi, I've just updated my flashpro manager today to 2.6.6.0 (most recent production version) and went out to take a datalog. When I got home, it does not let me save/open the datalogs. Datalogs taken prior to the update open fine, but when I open the new datalogs, the datalog list becomes blank and I have to reconnect my flashpro in order to see the files on there. Is there any way to get the datalog I just took? I need to send it to my tuner.

Should I just upgrade to the most recent beta version?

Did you upload your calibration to the vehicle with the new software version? How are you making the datalogs (FlashPro or a laptop)?

Yes, the old version of flashpro manager did not let me upload a calibration as it was "out of date". I'm downloading my calibration from my tuner (Vitviper) and I'm using my laptop with windows 10 on it.
