Please help

Post by Majski »

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my newly installed S300 V3. Actually with communication between my P30 rectangular ecu with hondata and my lap top. The thing is, I installed hondata with already uploaded map on it (i bought the product from Czech dealer, who mapped it with tuned base map) in my ecu, connected ecu with harness cables, started the car, it revs 9200rpms, it pulls hard and everything is alright except one thing. And that is, when I connect my lap top to it, I cant get any readings from ecu. Parameters, sensors, displays and everything else is just frozen and doesn't react. Drivers are installed, online status is ok, Smanager is 2.5.5.0 version. I cant download anything from ecu nor upload any changes to it. Maybe its me doing something wrong and Im not aware of it so Im asking for any inputs and very first steps after installing this product. Am I forgetting something? Do I have to click anything to gets live readings of rpms, sensors, temperatures? How do I set launch control, full throttle shift and other stuff? Also when I connect via bluetooth with my phone, Im not getting any of those readings. Rpms just stay dead at 0, throttle position displays 117% and stays frozen and other nuisance like that.

PLEASE, if anyone can help me with this, it would mean a lot to me since the guy who sold it to me is not willing to help but was very willing to take 850 dollars for it.
Thank you.

Very good than, it will be done. Just one more question before i take ecu to this guy: since I'm from Europe and I have 37820-P30-G00775-109970 DENSHIGIKEN ecu, is this process same as for the ecu's in US market?

To Majski: You can send an ECU with Hondata to my address as I wrote earlier. I will check everything and send it back.
