o2 sensor only gets readings with revs then p0131

can somebody look through my datalog please. civic type r k20 kpro v4 on a basemap for a turbo setup.
my issue is this...
on start up the car idles nice but the short term trim creeps up to 46% and then throws the p0131 code on.
the o2 sensor doesnt get any readings unless i rev it which is weird.
iv also got an external wideband o2 and gauge frm AEM which also doesnt get readings unless i rev it......
i thought the bungs might of been too long but i checked them and they seem fine.
any help is greatly appreciated

The PRA ECU does not have a wideband and will not give accurate AF ratios.

I know that when I mentioned the wideband I meant on a separate gauge that I have in the car. When I start the car the gauge will be at around 14.9 but around 5 seconds in it will go right down to 12.0 then just ---. Then if I rev it will change to about 13.0 and back to ---. Then in the datalog the narrowband is always at 0.00v ans if I rev it will go up to 1v and then back down to 0.00v.
Could it be that my base map is too far rich/lean and both sensors can't get accurate readings ?

Iv been looking at some other people's datalogs just to see their o2 readings and at idle they all seem to have a constantly changing reading around 0.5v

All you can do is try to lean it our and see if it reads the changes.

Ok thank you. I tried this earlier but it was increasing the fuelling and the o2 sensor started to pick up a voltage and I got it reading 0.4v at idle but as soon as I cleared the p0131 code the o2 reading went back to 0v
Maybe the mapper will fix this issue with my dyno day next week.

ok so PROBLEM SOLVED if anyone else ever reads this and is having the same problems on a BASE MAP

turns out my base map was miles out and it was running super lean.
easiest way to tell is take it to a garage and ask them to put the emissions testing machine on it.
mine was running 1.4 - 1.6 lambda which is around 20:1 - 23:1 AFR!
added a load of fuel into the 0 deg cam angle low fuel table map and bosh, widbeand gauge starts working and narrowband o2 sensor starts giving a constant reading to the ecu.
