New s300 v3 crank but doesnt start

Hi guys im new to hondata i have 2 s300 v3
I have an ek first one i tried on it and its ok car starts good
Second one is brand new i tryed to start today car with it to check if its everything ok and wont start
First i couldnt connect with bluetooth
But i update the software and noe is everything ok
I can connect eith bluetooth also with ecu
When i connect with the phone it showes me message
Device s300
Ignition state - off

Do i need to regjister hondata ecu
Can you help me please

Have you uploaded a calibration? If so, what is the calibration? On the laptop, does it show ignition on?

Yes i put a map from my friend b16a2 engine and same thing
Im gonna try one more time to put a map from another friend b18c gsr engine
Im new on this i dont know where to turn on ignition till my tuner is gonna have time to tune my car

Is J12 cut on the ECU?
