problems with basmap?

I have a question about a basemap. I purchased a brand new V3 unit from a dealer in Md. He put a basemap on it for my injector size and sensors. When I got it home and plugged into my car it idles great , revs as normal but when giving load or holding throttle it drops then surges back. Now there where no mechanical issues with the car before I upgraded to the V3 . I had the last version of s100 and was looking to upgrade before dyno time . So is my problem the calibration? You will need to discuss this with the dealer, as it sounds like it is related to the basemap. It probably just needs to be properly tuned.

well see thats the thing I cant drive the car at all to get it to him
