s300 no connection

. went thru everything . i think i found the problem its in the s300 it seems as if the 4pin kind of came of the board some how . so would i need to send it in to solder it back together or is it done for ? or do shops offer this type of work ?

What is the serial number that is on the s300 board inside the ECU?

Since that is an old version 1 s30, it is very likely that the battery has failed or will soon fail. I would recommend that you upgrade to the new version 3 s300 instead. Details can be found at: https://www.hondata.com/downloads/s300v ... e_form.pdf

This will eliminate the possibility of future battery failures since it no longer uses a battery backup.

okay thank you for your help !! ima get it in a while but jus a question before. i see if i send in this s300 i can get the v3 for cheaper than what it is .. ok so now the issue is the ecu of the battery is dead does that work out or do i pay full price.. i have my ecu with hybridworks in vallejo he seeimg what he can do with it if he solders it bck on . can i get that discount ? . thanks for your time i appericate it .......hondata all day!!!

The upgrade cost is $100 more if it is not in working order. It has that information on the upgrade form.
