P0563 system high voltage s2000 AP1 kpro

Hi, I was driving my car one day car just died. Scanned it got code P0563 system high voltage. As well as my RPM'S died right before it shut off. Replaced my main relay, crank sensor with new oem Honda. Car still does the same thing. I need to send you guys my ecu this week to test. I've called all over for places to test or find someone with a AP1 on kpro with no luck.
