Chang to 410cc injector problem
Hello. I had change my injectors from 310cc stock to 410cc denso injector. And i set the injector size to 410cc already , i found that my engine was very difficult to start specially at normal coolant temp. (>60 ). What can i set on krpo to fix this problem? Thanks you

Have you set the correct dead times for the new injectors?

In fact no, where can i find the suitable dead time for my new injector?
Re: Chang to 410cc injector problem
You will have to look for the spec sheet to those injectors from the manufacturer.
Re: Chang to 410cc injector problem
Use the drop down list and select the RDX 440cc injector

I have set the dead times already, but still difficult to start . What can i do ?
Re: Chang to 410cc injector problem
It is something other than the injector dead times. A calibration and datalog would be helpful.

Re: Chang to 410cc injector problem
Please have a look. I found my engine was hard to restart while turn off the engine about 30 minutes (coolant temp >40degree) . But the engine was easy to start every first start in the morning.

Re: Chang to 410cc injector problem
Your battery / charging system is no good. Battery voltage is falling to 8.5V when cranking; it should be at least 10V. When the engine starts the voltage is only coming up to 12.1V; normal is 13.8-14.5V

Hi, review on the datalog . The cranking ignition is [-10] , it is normal? Thank you
