Nitrous input help

Post by PR8urvtec »

99 Honda Civic hx converted to obd1 with p28 (obd2a-obd1) and s300v2
B18c engine swap
550cc injectors
255 pump

Using a 75 dry shot plumbed to the intake pipe. Single relay and single solenoid setup.

I wired the relay and switch according to the wiring diagram per hondata but I can not get the nitrous the activate after arming.

I tested the output via Smanager and the solenoid clicks when the output is tested. Nitrous discharges as it should.

When I flip the toggle switch to arm the nitrous system, I can see the psp switch on and off in hondata along with N1arm. When I invert the input I can see N1arm switch on/off. When I invert the output the solenoid clicks to open.

My condition settings are practically the default settings. Nothing comes on.

What am I doing wrong? I can send a datalog and calibration file if needed.

Edit:

I have attached the calibration and datalog so you can see the switch working but maybe my conditions are not good? I have them set so that I can hear the solenoid open not moving.

Does it seem like the wiring is ok? Should I try a different input?

Try a minimum speed of 1 instead of 0.

I got it sorted out. It was a matter of inverting the input in Smanager and making sure that the N1arm and PSP were opposite from each other. In other words they were both switching off when I flipped the toggle switch so I had to invert so that one was off and one was on when the switch was flipped. The feature works great.
