I agree I think some of your best technology should be on a car that deserves it. Granted the B series motors are incredible some more focus needs to be givin to the K-pro. The K series motors are awsome they have so much more potential than the b series. More focus and time should be put into them.

i am getting the k-pro bug and might have to order this week or next :)

but along with jsimons suggestions, i was curious why a turbo timer function hasn't been incorperated into any of the hondata ECU's (as far as i know)...it doesn't seem like it would be incredibly difficult to add in and it would save a lot of people $100

I agree with Jsimon's original post, however would like to add a few things I have seen on the TurboXS UTEC piggyback system that I feel would benefit Kpro.

- Multiple user selectable maps on the ECU.
- Knock Control (option to retard timing in presence of knock)
- A Beep and CEL flash when knock is registered (to hard to watch the CEL)
- On Board Datalogging!! (Just like the S300)

Thanks for listening and as always, keep up the awesome work!

i agree, the features desperately need to be added to the K series, i realize it takes time and research, but imagine the gains that could be had, the K series is currently honda's flagship motor (IMO), so it should be HONDAta's too :P

Hondata's policy is to offer minor enhancements and software upgrades for free, and generally we try as hard as possible to repond to the market's wishes. We also will not comment on future features and release dates for any products.

Some of the requested features are simply not possible (eg real time update, turbo timer). Other require significant developement time which is not available at the moment. Development on the K Series has and will be ongoing for some time (there have been 9 software updates this year for KManager). Don't worry, you will be looked after.

I'm extremely happy with my krpo. It protects the engine from me being stupid. you guys have done a lot for us.

I love the lean protection and boost cut. I have mine set very safe and am still using a base map that you guys made...the car runs perfect. Thanks for all of your hard work!
