Where is my ECU located ????

Well I have a bb6 Prelude that was throwing the check engine light a few monthes back. I didnt know why it came on so I pulled my battery terminal, then it stayed off. All the sudden I was drivin home last night and it came on to greet me again. I have an OBD II code reader but I dont know where the ECU located on that car. If somebody could help me out I'd appreciate it.

there is a metal plate on the passenger floorboard. remove the four nuts that afix it and you'll find the ecu attached to the bottom of that plate. a bit of a bitch to get it out... very similar to the obd0 civics if you are familiar with those.
