Re: Clear Security "Failed"
You have given 2 different versions of software. Which one are you actually using?
Re: Clear Security "Failed"
1.3.6.3 would be referring to my KPRO.
4.3.1 is the Kmanager that I am using.
Upon further investigation I noticed that there is three connectors that connect the KPRO Motherboard to the ECU Motherboard. The Connector that has only two prongs, has broken off and detached from the KPRO Motherboard. I assume this may be my problem?

Re: Clear Security "Failed"
Yes that will cause that problem. If you can solder on new connectors that will correct the issue.
Re: Clear Security "Failed"
Hey bud we repaired the KPRO mother board and are still receiving the same problem. Can I ship the ECU to Hondata for troubleshooting ?
Re: Clear Security "Failed"
Is it possible if I send in my ECU and you can test it to make sure the ECU is good. If the ECU is good can you take the old KPRO V.1 and upgrade it with the latest KPRO Version. Would I be able to get credit since I've already purchased the V.1 KPRO from ya'll?
Re: Clear Security "Failed"
Hondata/Spunkster please provide support for my situation.
Re: Clear Security "Failed"
Have you tried the K-Pro board on a known working ECU that already has K-Pro?
Re: Clear Security "Failed"
No, I do not know anyone else with KPRO. What else can I do? Ya'll can't fix my issue, I don't understand?
Re: Clear Security "Failed"
I'm trying to help you determine if the problem is the K-Pro board or the ECU, as that will change what action is needed. I would recommend that you try to find someone locally with a K-Pro to test this in. Use social media or forums to help find someone.
If the K-Pro is bad it would be $400 to replace/upgrade it.
If the ECU is bad then you would need to supply a working ECU to have the K-Pro installed into for $150.

Re: Clear Security "Failed"
Do ya'll sell ECU's? Can we rule out both problems and just replace ECU and KPRO? would that be 650 then? Do you still need my ECU/KPRO?
Re: Clear Security "Failed"
A new ECU without socketing is $700. Socketing the ECU is an additional $150.
