S2000 Honda engine

I am seeking tuning information for the S2000 Honda engine from the sportscar approx. year 2000. We are building a Mk2 Escort rally car and fitting one of these engines.
Have you got any information on these computers regarding increased power and torque? Also we will be running a single exhaust pipe from the header flange and would like to know if we should keep the tail pipe the same diameter or go larger. Is there a heat insulating gasket available for the inlet manifold as on integra and civic engines? Any recommendations on sparkplug type and your views on fuel? We have available 98 octane unleaded and 100 octane leaded aviation. Any information would be appreciated, as well as prices.

Hondata does not offer any ecu upgrades for the S2000. We only offer heatshield gaskets for the intake manifold.
