Fuel level and econ gauge not working after flashpro V2.4.9.0 upgrade

Post by wishbon1 »

Hi gents,

I have been running flashpro on my FN2 Type R for two years now without any issues. I recently upgraded to V2.4.9.0 to try out the new features: Full throttle shifting; AFM tachometer and adjustable launch control. These features really impressed me until I noticed that fuel gauge suddenly went to empty with half tank and the economy gauge maxed out at 30L/Km. Now since filling my tank the fuel level gauge is constantly on full.

The only thing I did different other than enabling the new features was:
1. unchecking the overrun function to eliminate rev hang
2. unchecking throttle dampening in 1st gear function

Other than those things, I made no adjustment to any part of my calibration. My car is pretty much stock with headers, exhaust, upgraded intake and tune, which was done two years ago. Now I am facing this malfunction since upgrading my Flashpro firmware

Please any assistance would be appreciated

Change the number for the injector flow for the dash back to 321 like the field above it and see if that resolves the issue.

Well guys. I did change the injector flow for dash to 321 and so far the fuel level gauge seems to be working @3/4 tank full. The fuel econ is no longer maxed out @ 30L/100km, it now seems to be working correctly. The fuel to empty seems to be working, though the number compared to the level gauge doesn't seem right.

All in all it looks like things are back to normal. But I am still going to see what happens when the level gauge goes below half because that's when it behaves whacky. And see what happens at the next refill.

Thanks a bunch guys been a big help. Will notify you if somethings comes up.
