Then you have some other software installed on the computer that is interfering or windows itself is damaged.

Uninstall any antivirus software and then install the Hondata software.

For anybody else having this problem, open your "downloads" file, locate the kmanager.exe file, right click properties, and at the very bottom it may say "security: this file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer". Click the Unblock button, then click Apply. Now double click the Kmanager file again and it should install. This was my particular issue.

I had the same problem (Flashpro won't open) after changing the DEP settings on my windows 10 PC. DEP can help protect your computer by monitoring your programs to make sure that they use system memory safely. If DEP notices a program on your computer using memory incorrectly, it closes the program and notifies you. It is as such a security feature.
Subsequently I made an exception in DEP settings for Flashpro manager and now it is working again!!
