Datalog with wideband not working and calibration attached. I also have an old datalog with the wideband working that I can't attach as it's too big.

It is showing a reading form the digital input. It is a constant 10:1 af ratio, which might mean it is pegged rich, or that the output is not working. What voltage is coming out of the wideband controller on the analog output?

During cold startup I get 1.2v from analog output when I measure with a multimeter. The kmanager show 0v. That running on e85 fuel.

Can you send a datalog with it connected to the analog input and the calibration that datalog is made with?

I have managed get the analogue wideband working when I removed the ground cable between the PLX controller and the kpro ground. With the ground connected, the PLX will only send out 0 volt. Any idea why it's happening?
I still don't understand why the digital wideband doesn't work.
Can one check the digital signal that the PLX sends out wth a multimeter to see if it working properly?

Please draw a diagram and post it so we can see exactly how you have everything wired, as it sounds like you do not have something wired correctly.

With this wiring the Analog output didn't work. When I removed the cable between the Kpro analog ground and PLX analog ground the analog output started to work.

Try removing both of the black grounds from PLX in your image.

Tried with the TX ground disconnected and it didn't make any difference.

If the analog works with the ground disconnected then it sounds like it might be a problem with the wideband digital output. The PLX generally does not need an extra ground like some widebands do.

Is there any way that I can check the PLX digital output?

Try removing the lid from the ECU and see if you have a more reliable connection. It may be interfering with the signal.
