Turboing 0bd0 teg can i use hondata?

I am turboing a 90 integra 0bd0 i have been told that hondata is the best fuel management i can use but how can i use it on my car ? And what all do i have to change to use it if i can.?

You will have to convert to OBD1 and you can then use a Hondata s100 or s200 system. A complete list of compatible OBD1 ecu's can be found at http://www.hondata.com/ecus.html. You will also need an OBD1 distributor and 4 wire oxygen sensor.

so what will i need to do change plugs for the distributor? why do you have to change o2 sensor?
