Will a v2 Kpro from a PNF ecu work with my PRA Ecu?

My k100 seems to have died and I need to replace it.

I have sourced a second hand Version 2 Kpro from a PNF ECU (2002-2005 Civic Si (PNF ECU))

Am I right in thinking that this Kpro will fit and work 100% with my PRA ECU (2002-2005 Euro CivicType R (PRA ECU))

This page make me think yes but its an expensive mistake if I'm wrong!
