NOOB question Help Hooking up KPRO..

So when i finished my swap i tried the immobilizer bypass option.. i wired it with the harness and it worked fine.
but no i purchased Kpro yesterday and im wondering if i should remove the "bypass" and re-attach the wires on the harness and then plug Kpro in?

i searched for about an hour still cant get a clear answer on this. i know it seems like a no brainer but i just want to be clear because also the car is not idling properly.

You should not need an immobilizer bypass as you can disable the immobilizer in the calibration.
