Pocket Programmer not found

How do you enable the laptop to find the pocket programmer, I totally forget how? Its not finding it when I connect it.

u dont have to enable anything. just install the software. connect it to your printer port/parallel. make sure the pocket programmer is connected to a 9v power supply. and open the software. thats it
you wont learn until you actually do it.
