Can't register my flashpro

I just bought a brand new flashpro and i following the hondata youtube tutorial to connect and try to register the fp.

I did locked it to the vehicle, but when i press "Register flashpro with hondata", it has no response and nothing showing up

and i did check the internet connection is OK either in the fp manager and IE.

And i also tried to unlock the fp, but it said i have to register the fp first.

I also used 4 diff. laptop/ desktop and diff. internet connections to do the registration, but still fail.


PS. my car: 2007 FD2 Type R
flashpro ver. 2.4.2
SN: FP-SI-INT-23542

I also tried to sort the problem with this link:

and wininet.dll can be searched !

With everything connected and the key in the on position, go to Help and click on "Send information to Hondata support". Include a detailed description of the issue.
