Can't register! along with other issues

Just bought a Flashpro and when i try to register the device, nothing happens. Everytime i click on the button; nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

With everything plugged in and the key on, what does it show at the bottom left of the screen?

i have a same problem on my flash pro
and i confirmed the driver/ fp are in GREEN tick
