Somebody help!
Basically had my ep3 turbo mapped but whilst tuning the map sensor went funny (on datalogging the map signal was weird and wouldnt really adjust when running). So i got sent away by my tuner and told to change the map sensor. There was a CEL brought up but we couldn't retrieve the code?? Strange... anyway.... car ran rough, changed the sensor, car now runs well apart from after 10secs the CEL comes up, 4k limiter, black smoke.
Ive checked everything backed up by data logging from a snap on diagnostic tool. no misfires, ECT errors, lambda problems etc
Now basically is there a certain way to reset this almost hidden CEL ?
My tuner thinks it could be a faulty map that was saved, like a corrupt file?????
Ryan
PLEASE HELP :)

Since this is a k100 only a dealer with a K-Pro will be able to tune and make changes to this. You will need to discuss the problem with your tuner as only they will be able to datalog and look at the data using their K-Pro.

Thanks spunkster
My only concern was why the OBD2 code reader couldn't retrieve the code for the light? ive tried 2 different brands, one being a snap on tool

More diagnostics will have to be done with the dealer's K-Pro.
