Idle Learn

While doing an Idle Relearn I've noticed in HDS (Honda Diagnostic System tool) that Idle Learn Parameter always stays in "Learning" it never goes to Completed state.

Is this related to Flashpro firmware or tuning or something else?
(I'm using a Flashpro map on CL9 MT 2007.)

We do not change any of the idle learn parameters / behavior.
