alright i load the bin to rom with the program that it came with and when i start the car up it wont rev past 5000 and i have tried different maps same thing ..is my romulator fucked?

Check to see what you have your rev limit set at...also...do you have the 3-step option? Check it's rev limits too...you may have a clutch switch stuck.

Try burning an eeprom withteh same program and see if it is just the program that is messed up or something with the romulator.
