Computer not recognizing my Flash Pro after update.

This morning I was uploading a calibration and everything was going fine until I got a pop up saying there was a Flash Pro Manager update, so of course I updated. After the update I noticed that when I opened Flash Pro manager it didnt recognize that I had a Hondata plugged into my USB port. I decided to unplug the Hondata and plug it into another USB port and I got a Windows notification saying that Windows doesnt recognize my USB device. Anyone know why this is happening? Or can anyone lend me any help on solving this? Ive only had my Hondata Flash Pro since January and it was working before the update so I doubt that my Hondata Flash Pro is bad.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software without the FlashPro plugged in.

Unplug the FlashPro from the OBDII port and the USB. Plug it back into the USB and check FlashProManager recognizes it. If it does not, check the USB port is not loose in the laptop or pins broken in the cable and try again.
