Do I need to have my car on the dyno to setup full throttle shift? Or do I just set the rpm to what I want and wire clutch switch to psp?

IT does not need to be on the dyno for this. You will have to set it for whatever works best with your setup.

And I thought my favorite shop liked getting my business and money. They told me it had to be done on the dyno.
