Hi there I have a 2005 S2000 and KPRO4. I turn AC on and the fans both trigger but fan clutch does not. I validated I can jump fan clutch and it runs as well. What we are seeing is that the ECU is not grounding the signal but we can upstream np. I have the following setup and wanted to validate it is correct and I also attached kal. Ideas? AC stopped working once I installed the new ECU and upgraded Hondata KPro4.
VTC not enabled
multiplex disabled
Use VTP as AC Switch Input is enabled
Thank you in advance.

What is the serial number on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?
From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Try swapping in a different relay in the fuse box for the AC.
Re: AC Not working Issue 2005 S2000 NEW KPro4
Yes we tested the relay as well as swapped the relay in the underhood fuse box.

When did this problem start as this ECU was done for an S2000 back in 2009.

Spunkster,
I wanted to follow up and give an update on the resolution. Thanks for speaking to me the other day and offering assistance with your resource as it related to the ECU\KPro. As discussed I had sent my car to a Honda specialist shop down the street to checkout the AC for me. They traced the issue down to where they thought the ECU was not sending the ground signal or there was a short. They made sure the system had correct freon (jumped the compressor relay) and got that all squared away.
Once I got the car home I validated their finding and started trouble shooting. After a few tests such as running a new jumper from the ECU A17 to the next connection point to find a short and where in the harness it may be it hit me.
So as part of my trouble shooting before I sent my KPro in to be upgraded and repaired previously I had de-pinned my ECU A connector. The amusing thing about that connector is it has two red wires cough cough....and yes I had re-installed them incorrectly but thankfully A2 is for the air-pump so no harm came of A17. Anyway I swapped them and all of a sudden the compressor relay saw the ground it needed and all is well.
Thanks again for the assistance and although not the most fun activity I can say trouble shooting the HVAC was educational and I am sure will help me in the future.
