Wiring gauges through V4 questions

I would like to get rid of my gauge pods and use my phone as a gauge display. Finding it hard to find information on if this is even possible. I would like to have no visible gauges in the car (s2k). I am currently running AEM wideband/boost gauges and would like to add fuel and oil pressure. The end result I have in mind is the 4 gauges displayed on my phone on one screen.

So my questions:
1. Is it possible to wire these straight into V4 without the use of the gauge pods?
2. If so how do I go about the wiring between Sensor and Kpro (no need to explain power and ground)

You will only be able to see the readings inside the KManager software. You will not be able to see them in the mobile app.
