Drivers don't work with my Windows XP

I'm new to FlashPro. I'm trying to use an old Windows XP laptop. Software installs fine, but does not recognize when FlashPro is connected. I tried the manual installation of the drivers only to have it tell me I need a newer version of Windows XP. Is there a work-around?

From the System Information window what is the exact version of XP you are using? Include any service pack details.

It is Window XP Home Edition 2002 Service Pack 1.

You need to download all the service pack updates from Microsoft then it should work.
