Would Hondata ever consider using Volume-metric Efficiency Table for tuning?

Almost all our ECU tuning uses VE tables. Which vehicle are you asking about?

Sorry I didn't know, almost all VE tables I have seen the values in the table range from 0 to 100+

VE tuning isolates the injector characteristics (size, dead times), map sensor, fuel pressure, lambda correction etc from the injector pulse width, so that you can change those things without changing the tables. The Honda fuel tables are VE tables but you would need to apply a constant to get a percentage VE.
