How to enable CEL on?

i recently had my obd1 p72ecu shipped to http://www.phearable.net/ to get s300v3 installed with basemap. I know i had a CEL on for TPS and O2 sensor. when i got it back the CEL was off ( i know even with reset ecu should come back on after 80 mile) , my question is how do i enable CEL on ? I have smanager installed i checked DTC but no error codes come up,
