K20a2/K24a1 engine choking/cut-off when WOT. HELP!

Strange Idle, Stalling Sometimes At Light, And Wont Let Me WOT With Out Choking Help.....

It is lean protection. The engine is running 15.2:1 @ 5000 rpm.
