Kpro 4 displays different calibration to what is actually running

In a bit of a sticky spot and after any ideas/suggestions.

K24 with K20-R head, 478cc inj, 70mm throttle
Factory Loom

Purchased new Kpro 4 plugin for factory loom. Used a K20-itr base calibration, adjusted for 478cc injectors and removed a bunch of timing to run car up and drive to dyno. Couldnt get Live tune to work so manually logged/tuned/uploaded etc on dyno over the day. Came up great, plenty power etc.

Nearing end of dynotune, so set final rpm limit and hit upload icon as usual- then Kmanager shuts down suddenly.

Restart Kmanager and download calibration from ECU. However it only downloads the original basetune we drove onto dyno with, not the final tune we got too. Datalogging works, ignition and fuel maps are tracing fine however the calibration showing is still the original we started with!? The car is operating on the new tune though?
I.e. Vtec points and RPM limits shown are completely different to that currently running the engine. Timing and Fuel maps are in no way the same as what we spent the day tuning and that are running the engine.

Havent touched security settings. Dont want to upload calibration showing for fear of losing a days ($$$$$) dyno time and ending back at square one.
The tune was not saved to laptop yet due to still tuning- so dont have a calibration to load into it except for the basetune.

Any ideas appreciated.

Was the software set to save the calibration to the KPro? It is a checkbox in the KPro / Calibration window.

No it wasn't, never touched it. Battery has been off overnight. Drove this morning and correct calibration is running the engine but wrong calibration is still showing.

You cannot download from the ECU, you can only download from the K-Pro. Since you never stored the calibration on the K-Pro it will only download the calibration that was used when that check box was checked.

Ok, so we have no way to access the tune and will have to dyno all over again so we can change rpm limit?

Yes you will have to start over since there is no way to read directly from the ECU. You should save any time you make changes just in case something like this happens. Always keeps copies of the saved calibration on the laptop. You can use the Vault to save them on the cloud as well, or you can email them to yourself.
