Can't upload the calibration..

Hello guys...i have buy hondata s300v3 n installed it into p28 ecu...the problem now is..why i can't upload my calibration..the massage 'need to register before can upload'...please help me..

Actually i have registered but still got the same message... Please help me because no body else will help me...

How exactly did you register? What shows up on the registered owner tab?

I have filled bup the owners detail but when i click to the registered button.. Nothing happened... What is the problem..
