Reset the registration with my kproV3

I bought a kproV3 with my cl7r and tuned by a turner. Now, i interested in tuning my kpro and i found that my krpo was locked by password . Therefore, i have try to erase the security and all the date was gone now except the tuner security password. And now, i can do nothing that new calibration cannot unload and my car can not start anymore. How can i do now? Hope for help , please!!

If you click on forgot password it will email the password to the registered owner. IF that is not you then you will need to contact them for the password.

But he reject to give me the password. What can i do?
