wont rev past 4k and no real time display

i have a integra supercharged with a p72. car will not reve past 4k and the real time display doesnt work. has anyone ever run across this?

What is the serial number on the s300 inside the ECU?

From Help, About, what is the version of software you are using?

Who socketed the ECU this is being used in?
