i need help finding a good calibration for a H22a F20b build!!

i have a 97 civic coupe with an F20b swap and an H22a head, its had the hondata since i bought the car i just never knew i coud download the software off of here till just yesterday, and honestly i have no idea what im even looking at so much less tune it. please help me let me know what i need to look at and where to look it up to get started. the only thing that i do know is in it is the block and head short ram intake and a 2.5" speed daddy exhaust with 3" tip eibach racing clutch not sure of the stage... im looking for a good balance between gas mileage and speed/power

maybe you should start by downloading the map on the car and posting it to this thread, preferably along with a datalog.

well thats problem number 2, somehow it got erased when i plugged up my PC to my car, is there a history i can look it back up and re download it?

If you do not have it saved then you will need to start from a base calibration and get it properly tuned on the dyno.
