any other thoughts on what might be the issue?
what inputs does hondata need before you can test the PWM?? Like VSS signal maybe?? Or should it be able to test regardless of other inputs?? I am suspect the components are fine as the rear of the pcb (including these components) was covered in a sealent of some sort or potting material... it was professionally done.
PWM components installed?
Re: PWM components installed?
No other inputs are needed when using the test function, just have your calibration loaded.

Re: PWM components installed?
Try a different ECU, replace the components, test in a known working ECU in this vehicle.
Re: PWM components installed?
I did replace the components and i don't have access to another ECU.. with hondata atleast
