Yes 1 psi for activation, not -10.3.

Yes its a MAC valve, I tried this setting originally and nothing happened.

This didn't work either.

the pwm hardware may not be installed correctly in the ecu. Can u try another s300 with pwm installed and do the test again.

"I know this may be a little hard to do but a friend of mine that I just tuned currently, this is what he did and he was able to feel and hear the solenoid clicking on his hand".
Is your car drive able and boosted? One thing i can suggest to u is drive the car, hook up your boost solenoid wire 1 to A11 and the other wire goes to 12v switch, then take the solenoid in the car and go for a drive and see if the solenoid works.

Yeah I put my hand on it each time I tested it. The actuator didn't move. I am going to disconnect a11 and manually ground it out to make sure the selonid is good.

Yeah do that. Just put one wire over the battery's ground and one wire to the positive to see if it clicks. Is the solenoid new or used? Post pic of the solenoid or the part #.

Solenoid works when grounded out manually.

That's what I would do.

So after testing the components (we have super fancy stuff here at work since we make pcb components), it looks like the 3055T transistor is bad (comparing it to a new one)so, I am going to replace that to see if it resolves the issue. If not it has to be the other Q20 (which i cannot buy locally) as the two resistors and diode check out fine.

i was also able to find all the components at Radio shack, shocking i know, except for the B1030 transistor. It looks like NTE2362 is an equivalent.

It should be set to normally closed, but you should still be getting activity at the solenoid.
