Rough tip in VTEC KILLER

Post by Friendly »

I am running a K24A4 with Type S cams. A4 rockers on exhaust and A2 rockers on intake with pins switched. I have Bosch 1000CC injectors and I am running E85 on KPRO V4.

I inputted the INJ dead times according to the injector sheet:

My main problem is that when I come onto the throttle it is very rough, I notice that the injectors come on very quick and not till I am about 3% throttle.
Also when I let off and coast in neutral, I get lean spikes, and sometimes my engine will even stall.

Is there anything I can change to my calibration to make my partial throttle and driving a bit smoother, as well as help it not stall in neutral?

It may not be the cause, but the injector dead times are too low. They should be around 1.15ms @ 14V.
I would lock the cam to one angle and then tune it until the AF is flat. Change cam angles are repeat.
