S300 v3 not uploading to Ecu

I did everything correctly as far as setting up hondata to my laptop and installing drivers. When I plug in the ecu to labtop it says online but when key is turned to the on position. It doesn't give me the option to upload the ecu any ideas?

I'm using the lates software it's a gsr in a 96 civic coupe po6 with hondata s300 v3 34411. I just bought it yesterday and i did register it. But still won't give me the option to upload to ecu and a company in Phx called built by notorious

That is not the most recent version of software. Try downloading the most recent version from the downloads section of the website and see if that resolves the issue.

Was this ECU tested by the installer with the s300 in it?
