Wideband Input settings

Post by redyute »

So I have decided to ditch my primary 02 sensor and run off my mtx-l, I wired it up to analog 0 now I just need to input the 02 voltage/A/F ratio but not sure of what values to use so I can program the mtx-l. One more thing, engine won't start if the primary 02 sensor is disconnected, am I missing something.

With the mtx-l you must program the voltage output. Use 0V=10:1 and 5V=20:1, which is the defacto standard. Mine would loose its programming, and I would have to re-program it every couple of weeks, so monitor your closed loop trims to make sure this has not happened. Your mileage may vary.
If the engine doesn't start without the PO2 then you have a grounding issue. Remove, check and clean all grounds.
