OBD2 port wiring

Hi,
Is there a file or can somebody help me with the wiring for the OBD2 port, it's a k24 on an EG with a custom harness, just need the pins location.

Pins 4 and 5 = ground
Pin 7 = K-Line ECU pin E23
Pin 9 = SCS ECU E29 (not required)
Pin 16 = +12V

Are pins 23 and 29 still relative when to my ECU? I just don't wanna hookup to the wrong pins and fry something if some pins changed around between ECU's. My pubs and colors match the picture below.
