My S300 goes crazy

Hi,
I had some troubles with a pair of S300 v2 modules.The ECUs equipped with S300 worked properly for about a pair of years but now they go crazy and don't work. Symptoms: Crazy graphs, no real time, permanent check engine light on. I tried to reset the file map, to upload a new one and to change the base ECU but my issue persists. I am attaching pictures of the screenshoot on my pc.
Could you please help me? I live in Italy and nobody here can help me.

We don't recommend downloading from the s300 if possible, but with the v2 it should store the calibration. Are they green or red boards?

IF they are green boards then they are V1 and not V2.

What are the serial numbers on the s300's?
