Re: Time frame on V.4 turn around
For an upgrade? Turn around time is 1 day (we ship the day after we receive it).
However I don't think upgrading to the KPro4 will change anything, unless the process of upgrading software and re-uploading updates the calibration, which you could do on your current system first.

Post your calibration. The MAP sensor looks bad from the datalog.

Re: Time frame on V.4 turn around
The manifold pressure is very high (70 kPa). It could be the MAP sensor - you can check by switching the ignition on but not starting the engine and see if you get close to 100 kPa reading.
Otherwise it is either the engine compression is low, cams are out, or the fuel tuning is way out. I noticed that the MAP is so high it won't run closed loop at idle.
The ignition is all over the place because the ECU is trying to control the idle (1000 rpm) but there are air leaks and the rpm is over 1200 rpm.
